We collaborate with DBFs to assess initial requirements, constraints, and budgets, and develop a tailored brief exploring options for housing and church/community facilities.

Site appraisal and feasibility

We review site ownership, boundaries, and neighbourhood context; we recommend and manage necessary surveys and investigations including environmental and structural assessments.

Stakeholder engagement and approvals

We coordinate stakeholder consultations, manage engagement timelines, and identify and support third-party approvals (e.g. Homes England, Faculty, planning).

Project planning and phasing

We develop a phasing strategy to minimise disruption to church operations and prepare a Project Execution Plan with programme and cost assessments.

Team assembly and coordination

We advise on the appointment of specialist consultants, prepare briefs, manage procurement, and establish communication protocols to ensure cohesive teamwork.

Governance and reporting

We prepare outline business cases and financial viability assessments, support presentations to Bishop’s Council or PCCs, and monitor progress against programme, cost, and quality benchmarks..
