Project planning and phasing
We develop a phasing strategy to minimise disruption to church operations and prepare a Project Execution Plan with programme and cost assessments.
Team assembly and coordination
We advise on the appointment of specialist consultants, prepare briefs, manage procurement, and establish communication protocols to ensure cohesive teamwork.
Governance and reporting
